My daughter is the Washington State Youth Ambassador for Dress A Girl Around the World. Because of her involvement in this wonderful ministry I became interested too. I love sewing dresses for little girls and hope to one day take dresses on a trip with Dress A Girl. My daughter just returned from Mexico where she delivered dresses to girls who never get anything new. They love their dresses. And it was a very meaningful experience for my daughter who is pictured here with a recipient of a Dress A Girl dress. I'm delighted she could make a difference in the life of so many little girls. |

About Me
I am the mother of 3, grandmother of 1 and wife to a great husband. We live in the middle of the mitten of Michigan. We have 3 cats, 2 dogs,2 horses and 40 some chickens that free roam our little piece of heaven in the country here. I love, love, love Jesus and have been born again Christian for over 30 years now. I am active in my church and a group leader in Bible study Fellowship International. While scrolling in facebook one day I think it was "lovely Isle of Green" who had a link posted for Dress a Girl*. I knew right away I was called to make dresses and invited others to help also. Thank you for all your efforts and your big heart!

I know I love sewing for girls but my girls are 42 and 50 years old now and no grandchildren. Then it came to me--- sew dresses etc. and donate them to people in need.
