About Me

Just trying to live each day serving the lord. He has been so good to me and I know that I would never have made it after my car wreck if it was not for his grace. Just want to do all I can to live for him and to see the lost saved.

About Me

I am a sign language interpreter in the Rochester, NY area. But even more I am a child of the King and want to use my talents where others can be blessed. My husband and I have been married since 1969 and have 2 beautiful kids who have given us 6 granchildren. We are a blessed family. I love sewing, cooking and helping in our local church. May God bless you and may you send your blessed talents around the world. Just made my first 3 dresses this month and look forward to sewing more.

About Me

Let's see...........I  am an Army wife and stay at home mom of four. My husband and I both are originally from North Carolina but, have been stationed here at Fort Campbell Kentucky for almost 10 years. My children range in age from 19 years to 15 months old; three girls and one boy stuck in the middle :). I have always been interested in and piddled in sewing but, didn't take it up seriously until the birth of my youngest daughter. I've been told that I am talented and have been asked to sell some things but, I won't. I just say that I sew for love not money hahaha (not to mention I'm super critcal of my own work :D)  So thus began the conversation with God about this "talent" He's given me and what He wants me to do with it. It came to me that I could make dresses and give them to needy children. I thought " Wow, Tonya how long will it take you to make enough to give( I sew late at night  or nap time rotating stitches and laundry :P) and who in the world are you going to give them to???? Can I ever make enough to really make a difference????" I figured I'd wait around and God would give me the details. So yesterday I was on a mission to find patterns using knit fabric and on a random Google pattern search this web site popped up................;) Okay God I see......now please let Emma take longer naps!
